Host Responsibility Statement 

Our aim is to promote the Sale of Liquor in a responsible manner.
Any refusal of sale of our wines to you should be viewed by any recipient as an
indication that we are concerned for your well being and conscious of our obligations
under the law.
All staff are conversant with the requirements of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act
2012 (the Act), which prohibits any sale of alcohol to minors (under 18’s). Online
customers must declare they are over 18 in order to purchase from our web site. By
buying on our website you must also declare via a check box that you agree to the
terms and conditions of sale, this includes that any prospective receiver is over 18
years of age. If a customer’s age is in doubt we will not sell to the customer.
The couriers and freight forwarders used to distribute our products are from
reputable companies.
